Windows button is the 4.0.86 EXE. Mac Preview needs macOS 15 Sequoia or newer on Apple silicon. Device lists differ. Both hrefs are placeholders for the files you will attach later.
Before you run it
System requirements
From Razer support article 13814 and the install guide 1834. Synapse 4 is 64-bit only.

What the EXE looks like
Razer Installer, not a portable app
Run the EXE. Accept User Account Control. Accept the Razer Software License Agreement. Choose Install. Installation can take several minutes. A restart prompt may appear. After setup, keep Launch Razer Synapse 4 checked and sign in.
Installing Synapse 4 uninstalls Synapse 3. Do not run both. If a device is missing after setup, open the detection guide.

Chroma immersive update
Screen Sync, Mood Analyzer, and Razer Resonance shipped in the Chroma App that installs beside Synapse.

Hypershift and Snap Tap fixes
Hypershift output no longer stays active after release. Hypershift-bound keys on certain mice work again. Laptop F key no longer defaults to fan toggle in Hypershift without an eGPU. Snap Tap settings persist after closing Synapse and no longer copy into brand-new profiles. Brand terms stay in English.
